Dry sausage as the name suggests is a dried beef sausage.  Like biltong, it is naturally air-dried.  Pure Halal beef and natural sheep casings are used to make these.  It has the typical coriander taste of biltong too.  It also is an ideal Keto snack to take to work, school or a picnic.  It pairs very well with beer or red wine.
