Our Story
Boere Biltong began with a simple love for braais (bbq), biltong, and good banter. JC, originally from the Karoo, has carried this passion with him through a career in the military and private sector, always sharing flavours of home wherever he went.
Now rooted in Bahrain, Boere Biltong brings a taste of South Africa to a growing community of food lovers and curious snackers.
We take pride in crafting small-batch, premium biltong using 100% Halal-certified beef, with no gluten and none of the artificial stuff. Just proper cuts, slowly cured with care — the way it should be.
For those who prefer it the traditional way, non-Halal options are available on request.
